Telluride Phish Shows Get Green Light

The city council for Telluride, Colorado has moved closer to approving Phish to come to town for a series of concerts.

According to TelluridePhotography.net, the council passed a motion to allow the planning of the August 9th & 10th concerts.

The town did provide some stipulations, however, namely that 1,500 of the 9,000 tickets for each show be set aside for local citizens. Telluride also insists that the iconic Vermont jam band pay an additional $15,000 to bolster security measures during the shows.
